THE POSITION

LIZY is looking for a Fleet Ops Associate to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in managing LIZY’s fleet operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers and partners. You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, working both with executives at OEMs and hands-on with our commercial and operational teams. This role is a perfect mix of strategic impact and operational excellence. You’ll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves while driving meaningful results.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry, consulting, or a startup environment
• Strong analytical & communication skills.
• A strong academic record and extracurriculars.
• Full proficiency in French or Dutch, and English (extra language is a plus)
