Are you a highly organised problem-solver with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Fleet, Plant & Facilities Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of our diverse fleet, plant equipment, and office facilities.
Working closely with our drivers, Procurement Manager, and Business Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles, equipment, and buildings are fully operational, compliant, and cost-effective—minimising downtime and maximising efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing

FACILITIES COORDINATION

  • Ensure office and warehouse facilities are safe, compliant, and well-maintained
  • Organise building maintenance and servicing schedules
  • Liaise with cleaning contractors and manage hard FM (building fabric)
  • Oversee fire safety and health & safety compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fleet or facilities coordination (preferred)
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
