    We are seeking a skilled Fleet Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and servicing of vehicles and equipment. This role involves working in both shop and field environments to ensure that all fleet assets remain safe, reliable, and in peak operating condition.
    This Fleet Preventative Maintenance Technician position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted. Pay will depend on experience and be in the range of $22 to $25/hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a mechanic or lube technician (experience with gas and diesel engines required).
  • ASE T4 & T5 Heavy Truck Certifications strongly preferred or the ability to obtain this and other relevant certifications within 1 year.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and a driving record that will satisfy insurance requirements.
  • Must provide own set of mechanic’s hand tools.
    This role requires hands-on mechanical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in demanding environments with variable hours.
