Wessex Garages is currently looking for a Fleet Prep Administrator to join our busy Preparation Centre in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and is confident handling both operational and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Fleet Prep Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are ready for delivery and our systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the full vehicle preparation process – from arrival to customer delivery.
  • Coordinating the movement of vehicles between sites and our head office.
  • Organising valeting and creating delivery packs for new vehicles.
  • Supporting fleet bookings and keeping internal systems updated.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating spreadsheets regularly.
  • Prioritising and passing job cards to the workshop in the correct order.
  • Managing delivery notes and ensuring all reporting is up to date.
  • Providing excellent communication and support to both colleagues and external partners.
  • Answering incoming calls and emails, and assisting the wider office team when needed.
