Our organization is currently seeking a Fleet Program Manager.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

  • Lead cross functional teams to execute customer plans for Region?s key customers
  • Support preparation and visual aids to ensure successful Foundation Meetings and critical interactions (HQ visit, pilot review etc)
  • Drive internal and external KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction (OTD, VOG, P2P, Pilot Units)
  • Lead reflection meetings at conclusion of projects and drive permanent resolution through the organization
  • Elevate risk to plans to the appropriate internal parties (Fleet Operations Manager)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a ?Driver? as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
  • Valid Driver?s License
  • Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)
  • Ability to travel via car and plane, and occasionally overnight, up to once per month
  • Frequent standing, sitting, walking
