Responsibilities
  • Build & improve relationships with key accounts, suppliers & partners.
  • Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases
  • Identify potential opportunities and inform sales team to follow up
  • Show case XPENG products including test drives & presentations
  • Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
  • Oversee customer relationship management system
  • Attend meetings & corporate events
  • Report directly to National Fleet Manager
  • Assisting with generating new business
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
