Responsibilities:
- Build & improve relationships with key accounts, suppliers & partners.
- Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases
- Identify potential opportunities and inform sales team to follow up
- Show case XPENG products including test drives & presentations
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
- Oversee customer relationship management system
- Attend meetings & corporate events
- Report directly to National Fleet Manager
- Assisting with generating new business
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
