As the Fleet Reliability Manager at Qwello Deutschland GmbH, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our charging infrastructure in Germany. You will lead a small service team, coordinate maintenance operations, and optimize workflows. Additionally, you will facilitate collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and management to drive seamless service operations

• Organize and coordinate the operation and maintenance of the Qwello charging infrastructure
• Assume responsibility for the system operator in accordance with DIN VDE 0105-100 and ensure the necessary operating procedures
• Manage and further develop a service team
• Collaborate in the implementation of service and construction measures
• Create deployment plans and optimize our work processes
• Analyse Data and generate reports
• Handle all internal processes regarding service and maintenance
• Coordinate external companies
• Ensure a smooth collaboration between the service team, parent company and management
