Position Overview: Fleet Safety and ComplianceWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Safety and Compliance professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting drivers across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager:

  • Enforce driver safety protocols across assigned zTrip locations
  • Conduct routine safety audits, vehicle inspections, and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records for driver certifications, background screenings, and drug tests
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and assist in developing corrective action plans
  • Stay current on transportation laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
  • Partner with local operations teams to ensure consistent safety practices
  • Support the development and delivery of driver training programs
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and regulatory agencies
