POSITION SUMMARY:

The Fleet Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth in the fleet customer segment by developing and executing sales strategies, building long-term client relationships, and leading targeted marketing initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a focus on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and strengthening brand visibility in the fleet services sector.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience, (preferred with at least 1 year in fleet, automotive, transportation, or related industry).

  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles and contract negotiation.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and developing new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactical initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness for extensive travel within Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri.
