We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Sales Executive to promote and sell vehicles to fleet and corporate clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in expanding business opportunities, achieving fleet sales targets, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage with fleet and corporate clients to understand their business requirements. • Respond promptly to assigned leads, ensuring follow-up within the first hour to maximize conversion opportunities. • Deliver professional sales presentations highlighting vehicle features, advantages, and benefits to fleet customers. • Promote value-added services to enhance the overall customer offering. • Ensure accurate collection of customer documentation to facilitate smooth invoicing and deal closure. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, including electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and sustainability benefits. • Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance vehicle functionality for customers. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly fleet sales targets. • Proactively identify and approach potential fleet customers to generate new business opportunities. • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery processes. • Manage booking follow-ups and delivery coordination with customers. • Organize and conduct outdoor test drives and on-site vehicle demonstrations for corporate clients. • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective fleet customers to build long-term relationships. • Participate in internal training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. • Perform additional duties or special assignments as directed by the Manager to support overall sales operations. Requirements: • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a fleet sales environment. • License: Valid UAE Driving License required. • Skills & Abilities: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets. Computer literate with the ability to maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
