Description

Isuzu Truck (UK) Ltd is looking for an experienced and driven Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. This field-based role involves identifying, prospecting, and securing new business with National Fleet, Regional Fleet, and Municipal & Utilities Customers. You will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities while building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
This role also requires close collaboration with our Franchised Dealer Network to develop new sales opportunities and uphold Isuzu Truck’s industry-leading customer service philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with National, Regional, and Municipal fleet customers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Manage a structured weekly schedule, balancing customer visits and administrative tasks.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor commercial proposals to secure sales.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities using internal systems, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Work closely with Dealer Sales teams to enhance regional fleet sales performance.
  • Oversee customer vehicle orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Represent Isuzu Truck (UK) at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
