Description

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a managerial role within the automotive industry.
  • Education: Strong educational background relevant to the role.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Presentation & Business Development Skills: Strong ability to present ideas and utilize appropriate tools for business growth.
  • Driving License: Must possess a valid Kuwait driver’s license.
  • Visa Status: Transferable visa (#18), Must be currently based in Kuwait.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Fleet Sales Strategy – Formulate and implement fleet sales strategies in alignment with the Business Plan, targeting optimal fleet channels.
  • Sales Performance Management – Oversee fleet sales strategy execution to achieve sales targets while continuously evaluating performance metrics.
  • After-Sales Coordination – Collaborate with the After-Sales team to ensure timely solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Promotion and Fleet Events – Plan and execute fleet events to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Revenue Generation – Drive fleet sales to meet and exceed revenue goals as outlined in the Business Plan.
  • Market Segmentation and Targeting – Identify key fleet market segments and develop strategic plans for sales team field visits and pipeline management.
  • Stakeholder and Principal Coordination – Maintain strong relationships with principals and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Lead Management and Sales Pipeline Growth – Implement proactive lead generation strategies to maintain and expand a healthy pipeline across all brands.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management – Facilitate the introduction of Customer Operations and Service Managers to fleet clients for long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Reporting and Decision Support – Prepare and present reports, offering insights to support business decisions and continuous strategy improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize fleet sales strategies.
  • Compliance and Industry Knowledge – Stay updated on automotive fleet industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
