Description We’re looking for a high-impact Fleet Service Coach to oversee maintenance operations across two major recycling facilities. This role rotates 6 months in Joliet, IL and 6 months in Clearwater, FL. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives on efficiency, safety, and team development — this role is yours. What You’ll Do Lead daily maintenance operations and drive performance, safety, and environmental compliance Coach, train, and develop maintenance teams Manage scheduling, preventative maintenance, and spare parts inventory Investigate incidents and implement root-cause improvements Partner with Plant Managers to set goals and improve processes Oversee contractors and support capital improvement projects Ensure strong cost control and support budgeting decisions Requirements What You Bring 10+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of safety, environmental standards, and equipment management Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive corrective actions Solid budgeting, planning, and reporting skills Tech-savvy with maintenance systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Able to respond to on-site emergencies when needed Why Join Us Competitive pay 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision Company-paid life & AD&D Voluntary life and short-term disability Paid vacation, holidays & sick time
