Why This Role Matters This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, cost-effective tire services for Goodyear's truck fleet partners across Germany through regular field inspections, performance monitoring, and relationship management What You’ll Do Checking the quality of services provided by Goodyear's service partners for truck fleets in kilometer contracts PPK (price per kilometer). Ensuring compliance with service policies, the effectiveness of these services, and cost efficiency in line with set objectives by conducting regular field visits and monitoring key performance indicators of service efficiency. Collaborating within the organization to obtain feedback on work scope and recommending improvement plans to ensure a high level of contracted service provision and cost improvement. Building business relationships with Goodyear's service partners as tire service providers and carcass handlers to maintain ongoing contact aimed at ensuring high-quality services. What You'll Bring *Basic qualifications* High school diploma/certificate Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel frequently for business (work throughout Germany) Communicative English skills Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and documented experience in: servicing truck tires, retail sales of truck tires, and technical handling of truck tires Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge of technology and tools related to current fleet service for truck tires *Preferred qualifications* Qualified heavy-duty vehicle mechanic and/or truck tire fitter Knowledge of TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
