Job Description About the Role Dutton Financial Services is a subsidiary of Dutton Automotive and provides a range of smart, competitive finance options which are tailored to meet the customers automotive needs and objectives. As the Fleet Services Manager, you will lead the strategy, performance, and growth of the Fleet Services Division. This senior leadership role involves overseeing fleet services operations, client relationships, financial performance, and business development. This is a pivotal role in supporting our growth journey as we work to reinvent the customer experience and position ourselves as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities: Strategic and Commercial Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for fleet operations, sales, and business development. Lead financial performance including budgeting, P&L management, forecasting and cost optimisations. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to drive market expansion and revenue growth. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including maintenance, procurement, logistics, and compliance. Ensure scalable processes and continuous improvement practices across the operational workflow. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with major fleet clients and business partners. Serves as the escalation point for key account issues, delivering tailored solutions that strengthen client retention and satisfaction. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence. Qualifications Ideally, you will bring: Proven experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or a related commercial services environment. Demonstrated success in developing strategy, managing budgets, and driving financial results. Strong relationship-building and negotiating capabilities across internal and external stakeholders.
