THE ROLE: As the Fleet Services Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of our Fuel, Infringement, Registration and Toll services, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer outcomes. You’ll play a key role within our Fleet Operations In-Life team, driving quality, continuous improvement, and service excellence. This role also champions a positive, high-performing team culture with a strong focus on engagement, accountability, and development. What You’ll Do: Maintain and develop strategies to ensure the Fleet Services functions achieve the relevant business and key performance objectives and goals. Manage operational and administrative tasks, setting clear Team KPI’s / SLA’s for all areas of responsibility, benchmarking performance via reporting. Implement clear development and succession planning across all service areas, supported by senior capability, cross-training, and ongoing 1:1 performance and development plans. Identify and support efficiency improvements through the adoption of technology and digital capabilities. Ensure all allocated Net Promoter Score (NPS) and complaint cases are investigated and resolved in a timely manner. Effectively manage key supplier relationships, ensuring agreements are in place with adherence to service, quality and cost. Establish and maintain working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholder ABOUT YOU: You are a proactive, results-oriented professional with extensive customer service and administration experience.
