FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an 10 year old leading petroleum transportation company Located in Abu Dhabi.
We are currently seeking “Fleet Supervisor”

• Manage daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance schedules, and vehicle usage.
• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate repairs and cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and supervise staff involved in fleet management.
• Implement cost-effective solutions for vehicle operation and maintenance
• Oversee a team of drivers, ensuring their attendance, performance, and compliance with operational guidelines.
• Ensure that the team of drivers achieves timely deliveries
• Monitor driver schedules, manage attendance records, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate reports and trackers to monitor operational performance, delivery timelines, and team productivity.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and the clients to drive efficiency and enhance overall service of delivery.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring that all performance standards are met or exceeded.
• Address and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing clear communication and updates to all stakeholders.
• Participate in strategic discussions to optimize service levels and improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts
  Qualifications :
  Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
