FLEET SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR – BURTON-ON-TRENT

Employ Recruitment is proud to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Support Administrator to join our prestigious client in Burton-on-Trent. Recruitment on behalf of Carlsberg Britvic Brewing Company (CBBC) who are one of the leading, historic brewers in the UK. Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston’s PLC, we combine over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure all vehicle maintenance records are compliant and up to date
  • Assisting the Primary Logistics team to implement fleet management strategy, business models and tactical plans
  • Reporting defective vehicles and co-ordinate repairs and the relevant documentation
  • Completing vehicle checks and updating all relevant transport documentation
  • Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes and procedures

EXPERIENCE AND KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP
  • Experience in keeping vehicle maintenance records and maintaining large filing systems
  • Previous administrative experience, specifically within logistics would be beneficial
  • High level of both written and verbal communication
  • Have a positive work ethic and work towards achieving the company’s goals
  • Previous experience working with a logistics network for an FMCG company is beneficial however not required
  • Experience in using maintenance systems like R2C and Truck-file
