What You’ll Do: Repair, and maintain diesel trucks and equipment Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections Pick up parts from local vendors and transport tools as needed Assist with welding and fabrication tasks Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are complete and reliable Keep work areas clean and organized, following safety protocols Contribute to the improvement of service processes and documentation What We’re Looking For: Experience: Prior experience as a diesel mechanic/technician required License: Valid driver’s license (CDL A preferred) Tools: Must have your own tools Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 50+ lbs, welding/fabrication a plus Attitude: Team player, reliable, detail-oriented, safety-first mindset Environment: Able to work in a non-climate-controlled setting with weekend/overtime availability Requirements High school diploma or GED Prior hands-on experience with heavy-duty trucks and diesel equipment Forklift experience preferred Willingness to learn and share knowledge Valid Drivers License What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation, Sick Days & Holidays Short-Term Disability Coverage A supportive team that values your work and growth Ready to Get Your Hands Dirty and Your Career Moving?
