Description
Job Purpose: To oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet and transportation activities, ensuring efficient utilization of vehicles and drivers, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely maintenance of all vehicles. The role aims to support smooth logistics operations, enhance safety standards, and optimize costs while ensuring reliable transportation services for the organization. Responsibilities Supervise the preparation and movement of vehicles and drivers. Monitor vehicle inspections and ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records and full data tracking of vehicle movements and locations. Follow up with workshops to ensure required maintenance is completed. Manage and direct service drivers. Oversee all operations related to truck operations and goods transportation. Supervise internal maintenance activities, including periodic servicing such as oil changes, replacement of consumable spare parts, and other scheduled maintenance tasks. Monitor and ensure timely renewal of vehicle registration licenses with the Traffic Department. Follow up on the renewal of vehicle operation licenses with the Ministry of Transport. Handle and finalize all procedures related to accidents. Supervise vehicle systems and platforms (vehicle tracking systems, TAMM platform, and Transport Authority platform). Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in fleet or transportation management. Good knowledge of traffic regulations and Transport Authority procedures. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously. Proficiency in reporting and data tracking. Good communication skills.
