About the Role We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused full time Fleet & Yard Driver to join our team at our Dry Creek depot. This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating trailer movements within the yard, ensuring trailers are positioned for efficient unloading and supporting the smooth operation of the depot. This is a Monday to Friday role with early starts, making it ideal for someone who enjoys getting their day underway early. Monday to Friday 4:00am – 1:00pm with 1-hour lunch break Key Responsibilities Open the depot and prepare the yard for daily operations. Move and position trailers safely around the yard. Park trailers on loading docks for unloading. Inspect incoming trailers and report any issues. Monitor interstate trailer arrivals and communicate expected arrivals to the operations team. Read and interpret incoming trailer reports. Liaise with shift supervisors to allocate trailers to the appropriate docks and parking locations. Maintain a safe, organised and efficient yard environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current HC (Heavy Combination) Licence – essential Previous experience in a transport, freight or logistics yard. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with operations teams. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks. Commitment to workplace safety. Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality. What's on Offer Full-time, permanent position. $37.66 per hour + Super.
