Fluent in Flemish (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or contact center is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software.
