Mercier Consultancy MD is on the lookout for a committed Flemish Customer Experience Representative to work remotely from Greece. This position offers the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while ensuring they receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Flemish and passionate about creating positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat in Flemish to resolve inquiries and concerns. Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Manage customer complaints gracefully, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions in our system for enhanced service and follow-up. Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain a current understanding of all products and services to better assist customers. Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to solve problems effectively and handle challenging situations with poise. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer literacy. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
