Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Flemish Payment Solutions Advisor to join our vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you'll provide expert payment solutions guidance to our Flemish-speaking clients, actively engaging with clients to achieve successful financial resolutions. You will work directly with clients to understand their payment needs and provide tailored solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery. Responsibilities Provide payment solutions advisory services to Flemish-speaking clients Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate payment options Resolve payment-related queries and issues promptly Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement payment strategies Document client interactions and case details accurately Keep abreast of payment industry trends and regulatory developments Support client onboarding and provide payment solution training where needed Fluency in Flemish (Dutch dialect) and English, both spoken and written Native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter Experience or knowledge of payment systems and financial services is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Customer-focused approach with proactive issue resolution Previous experience in payment advisory, customer support, or related fields preferred Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus A Relocation Package Private Health Insurance Training & Career Development And more..
