Responsibilities Engage with Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels to assess and understand their needs. Provide high-quality customer service while promoting soft sales of energy solutions. Guide customers through processes and deliver accurate information about services offered. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to track service effectiveness. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about industry developments and product offerings. Fluency in Flemish (spoken and written) is essential. Strong passion for sales and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly approach. Good problem-solving abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working as part of a diverse and dynamic team. An interest in the energy sector would be an advantage. Must hold an EU passport.
