The Role: Impact & Responsibilities Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
