Your Responsibilities Your core mission is to represent a household-name brand, transforming everyday customer interactions into positive, effortless experiences. Omnichannel Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries from Flemish-speaking users via phone, email, and digital messaging channels, answering questions about product features, delivery tracking, installation, warranties, and basic troubleshooting. Analytical Problem Solving: Help customers diagnose issues with their appliances or electronics by providing clear, step-by-step guidance, or coordinate with technical departments for advanced resolutions. Data Management: Log all client interactions, feedback, and case details accurately within the CRM database to maintain high standards of quality control and seamless follow-ups. Brand Advocacy: Stay deeply knowledgeable about the brand's product catalog and core values, representing the company with authentic empathy and professionalism. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training workshops to keep your skills sharp regarding new product rollouts, software updates, and customer care best practices. Minimum Requirements: Language Proficiency: Native or near-native mastery of Flemish (C1/C2 level), along with a solid working command of English (B2 level) for internal communications. Location & Mobility: You must already reside in Lisbon or be fully prepared to relocate to Portugal independently. Communication Style: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills characterized by patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach. Digital Literacy: High comfort level navigating various software environments, internal chat tools, and CRM platforms simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or tech support is an asset, though not required. A genuine interest in consumer electronics, modern home appliances, or emerging technology. Work Schedule Days & Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day). Performance Bonus: Up to €100 extra per month based on meeting quality and efficiency KPIs. Meal Stipend: €7 per working day, adding approximately €140 to €150 net to your take-home pay each month.
