Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to enhance overall satisfaction. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions. Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and improve customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and best practices. Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and support. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not required.
