In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Flemish-speaking clients, assisting them through various communication channels and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, offering product knowledge, and resolving issues efficiently. This position is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.
