Your Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels. Assist customers with inquiries about telecommunications products and services, resolving issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to keep up with industry trends and improve service delivery. Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is essential. A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in customer support, especially within telecommunications, is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and positive team player.
