Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Document customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records. Collaborate with team members to meet service level commitments and enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge improvements. Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is essential. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience in customer support or the telecommunications industry is preferred but not mandatory.
