JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Stakeholder Engagement + Communications – FLEX is a key member of the Business Transformation Office team, responsible for supporting the creation and execution of communication and engagement efforts for Marriott’s most important stakeholders. The Business Transformation Office was established to enable and support these projects through innovative approaches to strategic planning, program management, change management, experience and business process design, continent coordination, and deployment.The Change Management, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team focuses on multi-dimensional, tech and digital-driven initiatives that impact a complex set of multiple stakeholders who will experience a high degree and volume of change. This role will help build upon existing expertise and contribute to the development of the structures and capabilities needed to successfully communicate various Business Transformation Office initiatives. The Manager will work closely with colleagues across the entire Transformation Office—including (but not limited to) PMO, Deployment, Experience Design & Business Process Design, and Continent Engagement. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, the ability to adapt to ambiguity, proven capability to handle multiple work efforts simultaneously, and a willingness to address challenging and time-sensitive requests.
