Job Summary DSI is growing—again! We are currently hiring Flex Officers in Tampa, FL. This is a flexible schedule position that may require working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The Flex Security Officer may be assigned to different locations based on company needs, requiring the ability to commute to different sites. Must maintain regular and timely attendance. Must be customer service oriented, possess excellent communication skills. If applicable to the location you are assigned, must be able to meet and continue to meet all applicable licensing requirements for Security Officers based on state, county and/or municipal regulations. Availability to cover posts at any site within the Central Florida region, either scheduled in advance or for emergency coverage. Pay travel time when site is beyond 30 minutes from home. Must be 21 or older, with a valid driver's license and clean driving history.
