This is a temporary position.
A FLEX role within our Global Human Resources organization. As a company, Marriott is focused on being the preferred franchisor. Marriott has owner-operators, and third-party management companies who own and/or operate many of our 30+ brands. Franchise HR Solutions by Marriott is an HR solutions group that curates and provides access to leading HR service providers and solutions at preferred rates to Marriott’s franchise community. Our portfolio of service offerings cover Talent Acquisition, Temp Staffing, HR Tools, Benefits, and Engagement. This role plays an integral part in helping to deliver value-add, optional HR solutions to our franchisees in order to improve our franchisee and vendor relationships and help the company maintain its position as a leading franchisor.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED; 6 years’ experience in hospitality, finance, accounting or revenue management
  • or
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related major;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the hospitality and finance
