JOB SUMMARY

The FLEX Manager, Revenue Strategy- Growth is a subject matter expert providing Revenue Management systems and tools capability support to hotels and Continent above property teams. FLEX Manager, Revenue Strategy- Growth will partner with the Revenue Strategy New Ventures & Unit Growth team to manage and execute reservation migrations for a global portfolio. This role involves leading pre-cutover and cutover activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the migration process. This FLEX role will support two key initiatives: Sonder and a New Initiative.

  • Expertise and Support: Provide specialized support in Revenue Management systems and tools to hotels and Continent above-property teams.
  • Initiative Leadership: Lead and coordinate cutover activities for group block and reservation migration across over 11,000 rooms in multiple countries.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to rebrand the New Initiative from White Label to the new brand once the brand is system-ready.

This role requires strong coordination, communication, and project management skills to ensure seamless reservation migrations and brand conversions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related major; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in lodging/hospitality, industry experience across multiple brands.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Revenue Management systems and tools.
  • Experience providing end-user support in a complex global environment.
