As the FLEX Sr. Manager, Associate Creative Director, Partner Content Studio, you will lead the creative strategy and execution for Marriott’s partners, ensuring all assets uphold both Marriott’s brand standards and partner requirements. You will direct and manage multiple internal and external creative resources, ensuring high-quality output and timely project completion. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee creative development, campaign execution, and project scope.
This role requires a highly conceptual thinker with a strategic mindset. As a core member of Riott Haus Creative, Marriott’s in-house creative agency, you will guide and direct teams across art, copy, video, and design, delivering work that exceeds partner expectations. You should also have the technical skills to develop & refine assets when needed to ensure all collateral aligns with brand, partner, and industry standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, nimble environment and is adept at producing high-quality creative under tight deadlines. They are a strong team player who fosters collaboration amongst their team.
