You’ll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow. Along the way, you will get to: Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime. Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions. Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance. What we’re looking for Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions.
