As a Flexi-Internal Recruiter you'll be responsible for: Recruiting Sales teams and Brand Ambassadors Shortlisting candidates by picking out the best skills in the CV then chatting with them to draw experience and qualities to life Building relationships, engaging, supporting candidates and hiring managers to interview and hire the best people Updating and maintaining the recruitment database Giving great candidate engagement and experience You will have: Great people skills - you must love people to work in this role Confidence and influential communication skills - we talk... a lot!
