We’re looking for an Admin Assistant/ Support Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who needs a flexible role that fits around school hours, as we offer hours between school drop-off and pick-up.
The Role:
As our Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, the welcoming presence in our showroom, and the organised support that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the admin and estimation teams with general office tasks.
  • Preparing and processing quotes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keeping our CRM up to date and helping with follow-up tasks.
  • Organising schedules, documents, and client files.
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Pitching in where needed, with your can-do attitude.
