MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION
You will provide customer facing BAU support across the Company’s client business units and outside clients in the safe and correct preparation, implementation and operation of all aspects of all audio-visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies. Additionally, you will provide cover, as necessary, for staff absences, periods of peak demand and to provide a service to clients requiring ad hoc and specialist support
Working hours are primarily between the core hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm (Mon-Fri) based on a 40-hour week (not including an hour lunch break) across a number of shifts as required to cover the business and are subject to short notice changes. There will be instances due to the nature of client events where it is expected that you will be required to work outside of these core hours and on some weekends to accommodate start and finish times.
Close communication in and out of shifts with the Onsite Admin Team.
