As one of the first members of the German team, you will develop the marketing and PR strategies for our innovative solution in the target segment of urban logistics / Last Mile Delivery in Germany.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Professional Experience: Ideally, you have experience in B2B-marketing and PR, preferably in the fields of logistics, transport, electromobility, or automotive software and online solutions. You are familiar with the B2B communication channels relevant to our solution, including social media and industry events in Germany.
• Project Management: You have the ability to lead projects, work cross-departmentally, and successfully bring them to completion.
• Customer Focus: You are characterized by a strong customer orientation, a willingness to learn, and an agile working style.
• Teamwork: You are a true team player with the goal of always looking for better solutions and supporting each other.
• Digital Working: You are well-versed in working from home with MS Office applications Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM tools. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is advantageous.
• Language Skills: You speak fluent English and enjoy working in an international team and environment.

YOUR ROLE:

In the role of Marketing & Communication Lead, you will develop targeted, customized marketing and PR strategies and measures to build and strengthen the brand image for our innovative solution in the German market. You will work closely with our central marketing team, our agencies, and the German sales team. The goal is to make our innovative solutions visible and well-known among target groups across all relevant channels in direct B2B marketing and to ensure central, optimal communication.

YOUR TASKS:

• Market Development: You will penetrate the German market through targeted marketing measures for our innovative product in the urban logistics and Last Mile Delivery segment in Germany.
• Game Changer: You inspire yourself and those around you with novel digitalized and fully connected solutions aimed at reducing the CO₂ footprint of urban logistics.
• Campaign Management: In line with our international marketing and communication strategy, you will develop and implement creative marketing and PR campaigns to position our solution in the German market and increase brand awareness among our target customers.
• Content Creation: You will transform our global mission and strategy into compelling, relevant content tailored to the German market for various channels, including sales and product presentations, the German website, social media, blogs, press releases, and professional articles.
• Event Management: You will plan and organize events, trade shows, and webinars to present our solutions to stakeholders, customers, prospects, and partners.
• Planning & Budget: You will create a marketing and communication plan for the German market through which you will manage your actions and budget.
• Market Observation: You will continuously monitor and analyze the market and the activities of competitors to identify trends and adapt our marketing strategy accordingly.
  Regular Travel: Marketing projects may require attending trade shows and events within Germany and France. Regular internal events for training or personal exchange may also take place in person.
