You will work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure successful project delivery. This position is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and marketing activations. Assist in the implementation of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and goals. Collaborate with the team to manage partnerships and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders. Prepare materials for events, campaigns, and presentations, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Conduct research to support campaign planning, partnership development, and market insights. Coordinate logistics for marketing activities, including scheduling, venue booking, and vendor management. Help maintain internal marketing databases, track project progress, and prepare status reports. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and a desire to learn in a hands-on environment. A proactive and resourceful attitude, with attention to detail. Fluency in French and proficiency in English. Preferred Skills: Experience in event planning or project coordination. Interest in brand marketing, partnerships, and corporate communications.
