JOB OVERVIEW:

We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Flexo Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for running printing equipment, ensuring production quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of experience in Flexographic Press operation and setup
• Strong understanding of press mechanics, tooling, colour mixing, machine controls, and ancillary equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize press performance
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed

• Work with Press Printing machine
• Operate and monitor printing machines to meet daily production goals
• Prepare materials and supplies needed for production jobs
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Complete necessary paperwork and update job records
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
