FlexStaff is hiring a temporary Sales Support Specialist for our client, a luxury car dealership in Manhattan for  a period of approximately 3 months to cover a maternity leave. You will be working 100% on site and the hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. In this role, you will be required to integrate with the sales, service and parts departments and look at various data streams that come in. It is a lot of manual checking of files and updating excel spreadsheets . You will be going through thousands of files per month, checking against customer records. Their CRM is called Momentum  and it assigns tasks that have been prebuilt into the CRM. Communications are sent to customers via email or text, whether they are being reached out to for sales or service.  Files will show if an advisor had reached out to a customer, but if a customer has not responded, it flags the advisor to do a follow up. Your role will be to monitor and mark it in the system, which is a  manual and tedious process, so paying attention to detail is critical in this role.  You will also be responsible for monthly reports which come in from the dealerships corporate North America headquarters and there you can track to make sure the dealership has been given credit for all the sales for that month.  This role is 100% on site.
