Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights. Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers by conducting pre-flight safety checks and briefing them on safety protocols. Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, providing support to those with special needs. Serve food, beverages, and other amenities, catering to passengers’ preferences and dietary restrictions. Address passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Handle emergencies and unexpected situations effectively, following standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean and tidy cabin environment throughout the flight. No prior experience in the airline industry is required; training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and travel frequently. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
