ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to execute effective marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who is experienced with referral and partnership marketing, can manage multiple projects, drive lead-generation strategies, and contribute to the overall marketing goals.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of related marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in corporate travel/travel industry desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in French is a bonus.
  • Experience in working across large cross functional and globalized teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of adaptability and demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and agile landscape.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Eloqua, Microsoft suite (word, excel, powerpoint, etc.) and GA4.

Responsibilities
  • Own the maintenance and optimization of the inventory of sales collateral in our sales enablement platform to ensure our sales team is fully supported.
  • Ship and manage our inventory of event assets in collaboration with our sales team.
  • Support the execution of marketing events and webinars, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, ordering marketing collateral, and more.
  • Support and deliver RFPs from sales, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver new collateral to support the entire sales funnel and team.
  • Support the marketing specialist with the approval, briefing, and delivery of case studies and testimonials in various formats.
  • Assist the marketing specialist with customer retention tactics.
  • Support the social media manager in managing, sharing, and optimizing content within our employee advocacy tool.
  • Assist the social media manager with community management across all social media platforms and Google My Business (GMB) profiles.
  • Capture content for all social media channels.
  • Aid in the briefing, creation, and deployment of marketing assets for sponsorships, events, campaigns, and digital marketing channels.
  • Process and deliver marketing vouchers and gift card requests.
  • Support our digital marketing team with website and landing pages items when required.
  • Manage and oversee different marketing initiatives, from conception to execution, including timeline and deadline management.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Undertake additional projects as directed by the VP of Marketing.
