OVERVIEW:

We are currently recruiting for Flight Dispatchers to join our Flight and Traffic Coordinator Department!

• To ensure the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft with regards to passengers and staff.
• To prepare and sign an accurate load sheet (manual or automated) for each departure.
• To ensure the following complete their tasks: crews/catering/cleaners/fuellers/loaders/engineers and any other suppliers.
• To ensure a flight file is prepared after each departure and all relevant information and paperwork is included.
• To receive and carry out instructions from the station controller in a professional and punctual manner.
• To maintain contact with station control at all times in order to be able to provide updates on flight turnarounds/delays etc where necessary.
• To operate the airbridge safely for both arrival and departure of aircraft.
• To take responsibility for acting in a vital communications role in a disruption situation, liaising with relevant internal departments.
• Other duties will be assigned from time to time.
