JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Flight Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient planning, coordination, and monitoring of flights in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in flight operations or dispatch preferred.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and flight planning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in flight planning software and MS Office tools.

• Collect and analyze meteorological data to assess weather impacts on flight routes, destinations, and alternates.
• Gather and evaluate operational data including NOTAMs, navigation aids, ATC procedures, runway conditions, and aerodrome facilities.
• Prepare and brief crews on Operational Flight Plans using updated data (weather, NOTAMs, payload, etc.).
• Make informed decisions on flight delays, cancellations, or alternate routing when authorized.
• Coordinate and arrange ground handling, fuel, catering, permits, slots, and crew logistics.
• Monitor and respond to communications promptly, ensuring timely updates to clients.
• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and monitor software updates.
• Assist with flight plan filing (TFPL, CFPL, ATC FPL) and maintain aircraft data in PPS.
• Support commercial team with route analysis and client quotations.
• Keep clients informed of entry requirements, NOTAMs, and flight status.
• Report incidents and complaints with detailed documentation to supervisors.
