QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully pass a DOT Drug and Alcohol screening and be subject to random testing

Work Location: In perso

• Serve as a point of contact for flight operations
• Assist in preflight planning, issuance of flight releases and provide operational support
• Communicate all safety related information to the captain of an affected flight
• Monitor flight progress and advise management of significant flight delays or mechanical issues
• Answer telephone calls and provide exceptional customer service to our customers, colleagues and airport personnel
• Coordinate and arrange available aircraft for our 135-cargo operation
• Coordinate airport services for charter and non-scheduled flights
• Other duties as assigned
