This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance, and communication across all departments. QUALIFICATIONS

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but bachelor’s in aviation management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An understanding of aviation regulations and procedures is a plus
  • Must be able to work under tight timelines and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, ethics, and values necessary to support the company’s mission and a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Flight Operations Department.
  • Coordinate weekly maintenance planning with multiple teams.
  • Coordinate monthly flight schedules
  • Manage crew logistics, including travel arrangements and flight benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date flight related documentation, including manuals, flight logs, after action reports, and records audits.
  • Work closely with the Business Office on mission receipt management and expense reporting.
  • Generate after-action reports for missions and coordinate monthly final reporting with relevant departments.
  • Generate mission work orders
  • Collaborate with the Shop Chief on maintenance tasks.
  • Manage and track the mission card system
